Our facility

We are currently equipped with a focused ion beam system with tungsten deposition and microprobe manipulator, field emission scanning electron microscope with x-ray spectroscopy and backscatter detector, plasma cleaner, ion mill, gold-palladium sputter coater, and a carbon coater. A scanning transmission electron holography microscope (STEHM) is currently being installed.

After training, you can use our instruments or you can arrange for us to do the work for you.
